Joseph F. LaFlair was 80 years old ad living at 706 Mansion Avenue in
Ogdensburg when he died on 7 May 1990. He is survived by two sons, Richard
LaFlair (ogd.) and Howard P. (Corky) LaFlair (Albuquerque, N.M.) and two
daughters Mrs. George (margaret) Monet (Syracuse) and Mrs. Edward (Joan)
Hutchison (Ogdensburg). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, several
great-grandchildren and a brother-in-law, Gerald Raymond of New Mexico. He
was predeceased by a sister, Elizabeth Raymond, and a brother, Victor LaFlair.

OBITUARY - VICTOR LAFLAIR - 25 JAN 1976
Victor LaFlair was born 7 April 1914 to Fred and Adelaide LaRock LaFlair. He
married Marion G. Marceau on 12 May 1937 at Notre Dame Church. He was
survived by sons Lawrence V. LaFlair of Pearl River, Frederick C. LaFlair of
Canton, and by daughters Mrs. Daniel (Victoria) Earl, Mrs. Raymond (Virginia)
Gemmill, Mrs. Delmar (Darlene) Smithers, Mrs. Leo (Sally) Gilbert, and Miss
Dorothy LaFlair, all of Ogdensburg. One son, Terrance, died 18 November 1969.

He was also survived by a sister, Mrs. Gerald (Elizabeth) Raymond of
Albuquerque, New Mexico and by a brother Joseph LaFlair of Ogdensburg.

After High School, Victor worked for Diamond National for eight years, then
for Hyde Plumbing, then Armstrong Plumbing and Heating, then for Crawford's
Plumbing and Heating. He retired in 1966 due to ill health.

Victor died by a self-inflicted gunshot wound on 18 January 1976. Burial is
in Notre Dame Cemetery.
